8 Week Beginner Group Guitar Class (12 Yrs and Older)
FREE GUITAR WITH REGISTRATION!
This 8-week beginner guitar class for ages 12 and up provides a fun and supportive introduction to guitar, focusing on basic technique, essential chords, strumming patterns, simple songs, rhythm, reading tabs, and basic scale introductions. Tuition is $249 and includes all instruction plus a FREE acoustic guitar bundle (guitar, case, tuner, and picks) to keep; the guitar bundle may be picked up during school hours after registration. Classes are limited to 6 students for individualized attention, no prior experience is required, and students should note that this is an 8-week commitment with no makeup classes for absences. Students can move into private lessons after the class is done, or continue into another eight weeks (up to teacher discretion).

Kevin abandoned his secondary dream of being in a school bus demolition derby and decided to focus on his true passion, music. Kevin has a Master's Degree in Music with a focus on theory and composition. Lessons are kept light hearted and geared towards playing, self reliance, and if requested, the practical application of music theory. Students are encouraged to find their musical voice through instrumental exploration, experimentation, and improvisation. While comfortable teaching instruments, Kevin is just as at home analyzing scores, charts, and solos.
